Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders $50 and over. Champagne Label pieces always ship free with complimentary insured shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Champagne Label pieces include insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding to international shipping soon.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

• White Label: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition.
• Champagne Label: Due to the delicate craftsmanship and fine gemstones, Champagne Label designs are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Jewelry Care

How do I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately and wipe gently with a soft cloth. Though water-resistant, removing them before showers, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes will help maintain their finish.

• Champagne Label: Showcases our most elevated pieces - crafted in solid gold and fine gemstones such as morganite and diamonds. These designs highlight Verita New York's signature aesthetic and are made to be cherished for a lifetime.
