Refund & Returns Policy

White Label Collection – 14-Day Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange on our White Label collection.

Eligibility
Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Champagne Label Collection – Final Sale
Each Champagne Label piece is meticulously crafted with fine gemstones and delicate details. These designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (timeline noted on product pages).

Shipping Methods
Standard U.S. shipping: 3-7 business days.
Expedited options available at checkout.
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Verita New York is not liable for lost or stolen items.
