Refund policy

White Label Collection
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund or exchange on our White Label collection.

Eligibility
Jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit within 5-7 business days.

Each Champagne Label piece is meticulously crafted with fine gemstones and delicate details. These designs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
